Aldahir Herhuay

I am original from Ica, the region of Perú with the most beautiful sand dunes. I have 20 years old and I have been doing sandboarding for five years. I had the opportunity to snowboarding in Italy when I moved there for 3 months to training with the Snowboard Team Chapelco, a professional group trained by the 4th time Sudamerican Snowboardcross Champion.

I have competed in several sandboarding competitions getting the following results:

2015: Third place professional category - Sandboarding Cerro Dragon Iquique, Chile

Peru
2014: First place – “Kids and Junior Sandboarding Contest Huacachina” – Ica.
2015: Second place big air professional category – “Peruvian Sandboarding Circuit”, Ancash.
2015: Third place slalom professional category – “Free Ride Toro Mata” – Arequipa.
2016: Third place slalom professional categoru – “5th Copa Sandboarding Perú” – Ica.
2018: Second place general pro – “Sandboard Soutg American Continental Cup” – Ica.
2019: Third place slopstyle and Second place Big-jum – “6ta Copa Sandboarding Perú” – Piura.
2019: Fourth place boardcross and second place freestyle – “Sandboard World Cup” – Ica.

One of my main goals is to be a certificated snowboard instructor and travel around the world to discover new places doing what I love the most.
